How to edit the unsubscribe message

The [unsubscribe] shortcode will automatically be placed in all emails to comply with CAN-SPAM act, which when clicked will direct users to the widget page and display the UNSUBSCRIBE MESSAGE.



If you’d like to customize the contest unsubscribe message you may do so from the LIVE EDITOR.


Go to Live Editor by clicking one of the following buttons




Once in Live Editor, use the arrows to navigate towards the unsubscribe screen all the way at the end towards the right.





Click on any text to edit it. Feel free to edit the text formatting and/or add in any personalization “shortcodes” (e.g., First Name). Click on the image to upload your own. All changes will be automatically saved
