How to edit reward and prize emails
Go to Live Editor by clicking one of the following buttons
Once in Live Editor, use the right arrow to navigate towards the rewards screen.
Once on the prize page, hover over the prize whose email you are looking to edit, and click the mail icon.
When the email pops up, first click on Choose Template to select your email template. Choosing an email template will revert any changes previously made to the email (e.g., text edits), so be sure to do this first.
Scroll through the email and click to edit the subject and any text as you wish.
When you’re finished, click Save to save your changes.
You may also edit any reward or prize emails from the AUTOMATION CENTER as desired and changes are saved across the entire platform when edited.
