Why don't I have all of the left-side menu options?
If your side menu does not have all of the options and looks like this:
Instead of like this:
It's because you have yet to create a campaign and the menu items will populate once created!
If you're on a teammate account and don't have campaign creation privileges, be sure to let your main account holder know to assign the specific campaign to your account or change the permissions of the account!
